We are dedicated not only to employment outcomes for job seekers and employers, we center our strategies on addressing the need for vocational rehabilitation intervention in the form of providing Pre-Employment Transition Services. These services help address training issues related to Workplace Readiness, Job Exploration Counseling, Work Based Learning, Post-Secondary Education Counseling, and Self-Advocacy. Pre-ETS staff takes a person-centered approach in supporting youth as they work toward achieving integrated community employment. Staff members conduct an introductory meeting and initial screening with each student, collecting information on individual interests, skills, abilities, and supports needed, in order to develop a comprehensive support plan. Youths then work within the Pre-ETS curriculum and framework to develop soft and hard job skills.

What We Provide
PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION SERVICES
CAST Enterprises is approved to provide Pre-ETS in Texas and draws upon substantial experience providing transition services to students. Pre-ETS can be provided to students who are eligible, as well as those students who are considered potentially eligible for state funded Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
JOB PLACEMENT ACTIVITIES
CAST Enterprises Employment and Rehabilitation Program is designed to help people prepare for, locate and retain jobs either in the community or through customized self-employment. Through counseling, coaching, instruction and networking, CAST Enterprises staff members partner with individuals to conduct their job search as independently as possible and find stable, successful employment in their communities.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
Our Supported Employment Services are provided to customers, who by virtue of their support needs, have been found eligible for long-term support by an adult service agency. Supported employment services include the development of community-based employment, supplemental training, and long-term job site supports. Additions include:
